I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel about eleven to twelve years ago. At that time the doctor recommended that I have surgery. I decided against surgery and have suffered from mild to severe symptoms ever since. The biggest relief I have ever received is from the massages that Debra does. The deep tissue full body massage includes work on my arms, hands and fingers and the results are amazing. My carpal tunnel pain is virtually gone. The loss of feeling I had experienced has been alleviated and the lasting effect from a massage is amazing. The results are amazingly long lasting also. It is several weeks before I experience symptoms. Along with the carpal tunnel my stress level is reduced and my circulation improves. As a diabetic I suffer from neuropathy in my feet. Amazingly those symptoms are greatly reduced after I visit Debra. I have to say that as long as Debra and her healing hands are in business, I will be a customer. It is such a pleasure to go into her business and be treated as a valued visitor. She shows you into a quiet room with soft music that allows you to put everything else out of your mind. My name is Mary and I just want to tell you how much better I felt and looked after just 3 facelift massages from Debra. I noticed that the loose skin under my chin had begun to tighten up and my laugh lines were noticeably decreasing as well as the puffiness under my eyes. The skin care products that were used during the FaceLift Massage also helped my skin to feel and look healthy. It was a wonderful experience very relaxing and well, it just felt good! When the word "stress" was written in the dictionary - it had to have my name beside it! Stress not only affects you psychologically, but physically too. Of course massage therapy is great for stress, but it helps reduce future stress also. Since my first visit with Debra Sewell, massage therapy has become a way of life for me. I have suffered with stress aggravated problems such as high blood pressure, headaches, shoulder tension and backaches. Not to mention seasonal allergies, asthma and insomnia. Now that I am reaching the "prime of life", I am becoming acquainted with osteoporosis. Debra knows all the right spots. I can tell her what ailments are being difficult and she relieves the troubled areas. With regular visits, I no longer take prescribed medication for my asthma.
